PAYMENT

OUR CURRENTLY ACCEPTED METHODS OF PAYMENT ARE: ETSY GIFT CARDS AND DIRECT CHECK OUT, VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER AND AMERICAN EXPRESS, PAYPAL, APPLE PAY & ANDROID PAY.

PAYMENT IS DUE AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE, AND UPON RECEIPT OF CUSTOM ORDER LISTINGS AND FINAL ORDER INVOICES.

PENNSYLVANIA PURCHASES WILL BE SUBJECT TO A 7% SALES TAX CHARGE AND ALL CUSTOMERS WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CUSTOMS AND/OR IMPORT TAXES THAT MAY APPLY.  TRADES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

SHIPPING

OUR SHIPPING POLICY VARIES FROM ITEM TO ITEM AND CAN BE FOUND IN THE RESPECTIVE ITEM SHOP LISTING.  ALL PURCHASES, UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIAL ARRANGEMENTS ARE MADE PRIOR, WILL SHIP WITHIN FORTY-EIGHT (48) HOURS OF BEING PRODUCED.

WE OFFER COMBINED POSTAGE TO CUSTOMERS PLACING AN ORDER FOR MORE THAN ONE ITEM IN OUR SHOP AND GUARANTEE THAT ANY SHIPPING FEE PAYMENT OVERAGES WILL BE REFUNDED BACK ONCE ACTUAL SHIPMENT COSTS HAVE BEEN DETERMINED.

WE SHIP VIA USPS FIRST CLASS, PRIORITY MAIL AND EXPEDITED MAIL FLAT & BUBBLE ENVELOPES, TUBE MAILERS, AND SMALL, MEDIUM AND LARGE BOXES.  TRACKING NUMBERS WILL BE PROVIDED UPON SHIPMENT.

WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PACKAGE HANDLING BY USPS AND/OR SHIPPING COMPANY.  WE TAKE GREAT CARE IN THE MANNER IN WHICH WE PACKAGE AND SHIP OUR MERCHANDISE, AND DO OUR BEST TO COMMUNICATE ACCURATE SHIPPING TIMES.

WE WILL ALSO NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES THAT MAY BE INCURRED SHOULD PACKAGES BE RETURNED DUE TO AN INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS PROVIDED BY THE CUSTOMER OR PACKAGE REFUSAL FOR ANY REASON.

WE SHIP VIA USPS INTERNATIONAL FIRST CLASS AND EXPEDITED MAIL FLAT & BUBBLE ENVELOPES, TUBE MAILERS, AND SMALL, MEDIUM AND LARGE BOXES.  TRACKING NUMBERS FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDER ARE UNFORTUNATELY NOTE AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME.  SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION EMAILS WILL BE SENT ALONG WITH AVAILABLE CUSTOMS INFORMATION.

WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSBILE FOR THE PACKAGE HANDLING BY USPS, INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING COMPANY AND/OR CUSTOMS.  WE TAKE GREAT CARE IN THE MANNER IN WHICH WE PACKAGE AND SHIP OUR MERCHANDISE, AND DO OUR BEST TO COMMUNICATE ACCURATE SHIPPING TIMES.

RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

OUR RETURN POLICY VARIES FROM ITEM TO ITEM AND CAN BE FOUND IN THE RESPECTIVE ITEM SHOP LISTING.  DIGITAL AND MOST PRINTED & CUSTOM ORDERS WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN, REFUND OR EXCHANGE.

ALL RETURNED MERCHANDISE MUST BE SENT BACK IN THE SAME CONDITION IN WHICH IT WAS SENT.  WE TAKE GREAT CARE IN THE MANNER IN WHICH WE SHIP OUT OUR ORDERS TO ENSURE THAT THE DELICATE, HANDMADE MERCHANDISE ARRIVES SAFELY, SECURELY, AND UNDAMAGED.

DAMAGED MERCHANDISE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED BACK AND WILL BE EVALUATED ON A CASE BY CASE BASIS.

DOMESTIC ORDERS

ELIGIBLE MERCHANDISE MAY BE RETURNED WITHIN SEVEN (7) DAYS AFTER IT HAS BEEN RECEIVED.  THIS WILL BE ASSESSED VIA THE DELIVERY DETAILS PROVIDED BY THE ORDER USPS TRACKING NUMBER.

CUSTOMERS WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURNED MERCHANDISE PACKAGING AND SHIPPING.

REFUNDS FOR RETURNED ITEMS WILL BE PROCESSED WITHIN FORTY-EIGHT (48) HOURS OF RECEIPT OF THE RETURNED MERCHANDISE PACKAGE.   CUSTOMERS WILL BE REFUNDED FOR THE COST OF THE ITEM ONLY.

ORDERS AND MERCHANDISE RETURNED AFTER THE SEVEN (7) DAY RETURN PERIOD WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL NOT BE GIVE A REFUND. THE SALE WILL BE CONSIDERED A FINAL SALE.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

UNDER EU BUYER PROTECTION LAWS, EUROPEAN AND INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS WILL BE GIVEN A FOURTEEN (14) DAY RETURN PERIOD.

EUROPEAN CUSTOMERS WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURNED MERCHANDISE PACKAGING AND SHIPPING.

REFUNDS FOR RETURNED ITEMS WILL BE PROCESSED WITHIN FORTY-EIGHT (48) HOURS OF RECEIPT OF THE RETURNED MERCHANDISE PACKAGE.  CUSTOMERS WILL BE REFUNDED FOR THE COST OF THE ITEM ONLY.  WE WILL ALSO NOT REFUND ANY RETURN SHIPPING OVERAGES AND/OR ANY CUSTOMS AND/OR IMPORT TAXES AND FEES.
